What is the time frame to return a product?
You can return a product ONLY if it is damaged upon arrival from transport. A photo of the package and product should be sent to PURPetide@gmail.com within 3 days of arrival. Our team will review the damage to make the next determination.
Are all products eligible for return?
No. All sales are final and no refunds are provided. The only exception is for instances where the package was damaged in transit.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are not provided. However replacement products can and will be sent after review for damaged packages.
